How do I pay rent?

Please visit the Tenant Portal to submit your payment online. If paying by check or certified payment, please mail to 966 Granite Ridge Drive Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92123.

What forms of payment are accepted for rent?

You may use the online tenant portal to submit your rent payment electronically. We accept payment via e-check or credit card. Use of credit card or debit card may result in additional transaction fees.

How should I submit a maintenance request?

Submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal, or call Property Management San Diego at 619-319-0098, press 0 and leave a message

If you believe there is a current emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency phone number.

When should I expect to receive a response?

Expect to receive a response from the office within 2 business days if you have submitted your correspondence electronically. If you would like to speak to someone on the phone, please call during our open business hours. (Emergency service requests are within hours of the request)

How do I view a property I'm interested in?

If you are interested in visiting a unit, please set up an appointment by clicking Contact Us, or call 619-319-0098.

Are there lease term options?

We offer 12 month lease terms.

What are the rental requirements?

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, renters insurance is required and proof of an active policy is to be provided before move-in.
